Enjoy our backyard with turtle ponds, bar with seating for 10, fire pit and IN GROUND POOL. Walk to the Wading River duck ponds and grab some coffee or dine at one of the restaurants. Drive 1 1/2 miles to the beach on the LI Sound. One mile to Sound Avenue which is the gateway to the North Fork offering plentiful amounts of wineries, farm stands, breweries, etc. Wifi and smart tv with Netflix, Paramount and others. The large, open kitchen is a space where you and your guests can prepare and enjoy a great meal. For those rainy nights, there's a fireplace in the family room. Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. We close it for the winter the week after Labor Day.

Summary: Eileen is a 5-star host. Her thoughtful touches made my family instantly feel at home. There was ample space and bathrooms for 5 adults and infant. The house was a perfect location for the wedding we traveled to attend and for a vineyard crawl the next day. I would 100% book Eileen's home again!

Summary: Eileen’s home was beautiful. We were celebrating our Daughter’s Police Academy graduation. The yard was perfect for entertaining family and close friends. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was an ideal location to enjoy some time at the beach. Eileen and her son Drew were very accommodating. I would definitely love to visit again.

Summary: We were looking for an escape from our daily grind, we found it with this home. Beautiful home and neighborhood with the back yard being an oasis. The home is conveniently located with-in less than 5 minutes to restaurants, grocery store, deli, and anything else you may need. We had plans to go out, but found ourselves grilling and enjoying the pool the entire stay. The host created an easy check in and check out process and responded to questions in a timely manner. Thank you for the get-a way we were looking for....

Summary: Had a wonderful stay! The house was great, especially the pool and yard - we enjoyed eating at the outdoor bar area, swimming, and the turtle pond. A few tips to pass along if you're booking the property: pack a hair dryer and all toiletries except soap, pack eyemasks for sleeping due to morning sunlight, pack nightlights if you or your little ones would benefit from such for nighttime navigating to the bathrooms. (tips as of 7/30/2023, I recognize amenities may change as this listing is newer) Great stay. Also good to know there is a queen sized bedroom with ensuite full bathroom on the main floor, so that's great for folks with mobility issues and/or for privacy for larger groups.

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend in Wading River! Eileen’s home is beautiful, spotless, spacious and well appointed with everything one would need. The back terrace, patio, bar and pool are stunning. We felt like we were staying at a private estate. The location is convenient to Wading River village (check smoothie/coffee shop Brekky and the fish market) and the north fork wine trail. The property and grounds themselves are so inviting you won’t want to leave though! We hope to return; thank you Eileen for your great communication and stay!
